Individual Therapy

I offer both in-person and remote psychotherapy.

Sessions typically last 45–50 minutes, with the frequency and duration of therapy tailored to each client’s goals, needs, and progress. Typically, I meet with clients weekly, though alternative arrangements can be made when appropriate. Whether you’re seeking short-term support or longer-term therapy, I encourage you to use the therapeutic space in a way that best supports your individual needs

Fees & Insurance

My rates are available upon request. I offer a limited sliding scale to support accessibility and am happy to discuss a fee that is appropriate and comfortable based on your individual circumstances.

I am currently an in-network provider with Aetna. Clients are responsible for any applicable copayment or coinsurance, which varies depending on the specifics of their individual plan.

For all other insurance providers, I am considered an out-of-network provider. I provide monthly superbills that can be submitted to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients receive approximately 50% or more in reimbursement once their deductible has been met.
